Alternatives Center for Family Based Services

The Alternatives Center for Family Based Services provides a full array of support and services for children, youth, and families in Coconino County including targeted comprehensive programming to address the immediate and on-going needs of juvenile status offenders and their families. Open 24 hours/day, the Alternatives Center provides immediate response and intervention to reduce youth homelessness, juvenile detention, family discord, and to alleviate barriers to family success. Services include Intake and Assessment, Crisis Intervention and Stabilization, Information and Referral, Family Support, Counseling Groups, Temporary Shelter and Respite Care, After-Care and Follow-up Support, Outreach Services, and a Juvenile Court Diversion Program.
